Congregate Meal Program

Every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Tuesday and Thursday meals are served at noon, and Friday at supper time. Three times a year we have a big meal to celebrate Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and these  meals are held on the Tuesday before the holiday.

Winter Indoor Walking Program

Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 9:00 am Richardson Pioneer Building

Has started.  It is at the hall every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This year we are walking to Newfoundland and after we can have a down east kitchen party.  

Steppin Up With Confidence

Monday and Wednesday 10:00am Richardson Pioneer Building

Steppin' Up With Confidence is a program specifically developed to help reduce falls in seniors. It is led by a senior who has taken the training to lead the program and know which parts of the body are being strengthened.

Aquasize

October to March

Right now Aquasize is going Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm the bus leaves in front of building where our office is.  We now sell punch cards for $50 for 10 trips to Dauphin and back.  We will use this money to extend the use of the Handivan as our grant is expiring.

Chair Yoga

Friday at 10:00 At Richardson Pioneer Hall

Chair yoga has begun with instructor Holly Bryson.  Every Friday she leads with enthusium and encouragement to make you feel healthier.
